I) Find the common name of carboxylic acid and replace acid term with anhydride.
The resultant name is common name.
2.IUPAC system :
I) Find the IUPAC name of carboxylic acid [alkanoic acid].
II) Replace acid term with anhydride it becomes alkanoic anhydride.
